Mansfield 2 Bolt 630-0205 Tank To Bowl Kit

The Mansfield genuine 630-0205 tank to bowl kit includes the red 3 inch tank to bowl gasket, 2 bolts, and the 2 wing nuts to fasten the bolts to the toilet. This kit is designed for the Mansfield models 106, 108, 177, 178, 185, 187, 188, 1012, 3106, 3108, 3147, 3148, 3185, 3195, 3816, 3987, 2987, 710, 1083, and 1587. This part replaced the Mansfield 630-0108. To install this kit you will first need to shut off the water, and disconnect the supply line. You will then need to loosen the two nuts on the underside of the tank. You can then remove the bolts, and lift the tank off of the bowl. To install the new kit, you will fit the gasket around the nut on the bottom side of the flush valve. Then you will need to line up the holes in the tank with the holes in the bowl, and set the bolts through. You will then just need to secure them with the nuts on the bottom side. Be extremely careful on this step, an over tightened bolt could mean a cracked tank. The final step will be to reattach the supply line, and turn the water on.
