Mansfield 3 inch Large Tank To Bowl Kit 630-0107

The Mansfield genuine 630-0107 is a 3 inch tank to bowl kit. The tank to bowl gasket is the piece that prevents water from leaking between the tank, and bowl of the toilet. This kit will include the 3 bolts, 3 nuts, 1 supply line nut, and the tank to bowl gasket.First you will shut off the water supply at the wall. You will then need to loosen the 3 bolts inside of the toilet tank, and seperate the tank from the toilet bowl. Next you will secure the tank to bowl gasket around the flush valve nut, and then insert the 3 bolts through the bolt holes in the tank. You will then need to carefully line up the bolt holes in the tank with the holes in the toilet bowl. Once the holes are lined up slowly drop the tank onto the bowl, and finger tighten the three nuts on the bottom side of the bolts. Once this step is complete grab a level, and make sure the tank is sitting flush. After you have made sure the tank is level begin tightening the three bolts with a wrench. You will need to do one turn on each bolt at a time to ensure the tank stays level. Be super careful with this step, because an overtightened bolt can mean a cracked tank.
