Mansfield 630-2206 Fill Valve Repair Kit

The Mansfield 630-2206 fill valve repair kit will come with two rubber seals. The seals will go into the top of the Mansfield genuine 2206 fill valve. Overtime the seals can detoriate, or crack. When this happens the fill valve will start to leak from the cap, and could also begin making a loud groaning sound. When this happens the 630-2206 fill valve repair kit should fix the issue. To install the repair kit you will need to pop the black cap off the top of the center of the fill valve. The next step will be to slide the white plastic piece off the top of the theaded adjustment arm. This will then allow you to pull the grey piece out of the center of the fill valve. The first rubber seal will then be visible on the bottom side of this piece. The last piece you will need to remove is the small circular disk on the top of the tower. The second seal will be located on the underside of this piece. Lastly you will install the rubber seals, and put everything back together.
