The Mansfield 70 chrome trip lever is designed for the tank model 722. The 70 lever is an all metal design, and it will come with the flat metal washer, and metal lock nut to secure the lever to the tank. The lock nut is reverse thread, meaning you will turn it to the right to loosen it, and left to tighten it.
