The Mansfield 49 chrome is a right hand trip lever. This means, when facing the toilet this lever will be located on the right hand side. This lever also includes the plastic reverse threaded lock nut to secure the lever to the tank. Reverse thread means you will turn it to the right to loosen, and left to tighten it. It is compatible with Mansfield models 123, 124, 153, and 155.
