The Mansfield 206-1212 flush valve is designed for the older Mansfield Summit toilets. Which includes tank models 386, and 1386. The flush valve comes complete with the flapper, chain, flush valve nut, and gasket. The new style of this part is the Mansfield genuine 2037-1212.
