The Mansfield 66CH (chrome) is a metal lever designed for the Mansfield tank models 108, and 3108. This lever will include the plastic nut to secure the lever to the toilet tank. The nut is reverse threaded. Meaning you will turn the nut to the left to tighten, and right to loosen.
