The Mansfield genuine 2916-1112 flush valve is a 3 inch flush valve designed for the Mansfield tank model 2916. The flapper for this flush valve is hard plastic, and there will be small weights located on the top of it. The flapper will also have a rubber red seal on the bottom side of it. The flapper is not offered seperately for this flush valve, but usually when there is a leak around the flapper it is caused by the red seal, which can be replaced with the Mansfield 630-0030 seal.
