The Mansfield 69SN (satin nickel) trip lever is an all metal lever designed for the Mansfield models, 106, 192, and 3106. The lever comes complete with the plastic nut to secure the lever onto the toilet tank. the nut is reverse threaded, meaning you would turn the nut to the left to tighten, and right to loosen it.
