The Mansfield genuine 39SN(satin nickel) trip lever is designed for the Mansfield models 106, 192, 3106, 3987, and 2987. This is a full metal side mount lever. It will come complete with the nut to secure the lever onto the toilet tank. The nut is reverse thread meaning, you will turn the nut to the right to loosen it, and left to tighten it.
